Member Status?

Making some alterations tobbDKP and have quick question for Sajaki:

What is the relationship between member_status field in phpbb_bbdkp_memberlist and field of the same name in phpbb_bbdkp_memberdkp? are they the same thing?

If they are the same thing I'm struggling to understand why that value is maintained in two places

hi Belteyn,

The member_status field in phpbb_bbdkp_memberlist is just used in the roster page.

But the member_status field in table phpbb_bbdkp_memberdkp is used for the standings, statistics pages. There is an setting to enable or disable the viewing of inactive raidmembers.

I agree they are somewhat redundant. maybe the memberlist status field should be kept since not every member_id in memberlist table has a dkp account in phpbb_bbdkp_memberdkp.

PS I'm not asking for any changes as my alterations are replacing memberlist anyway.
