Hi,

I'm happy to release Apply version v1.3.7

In v137 you can set up multiple templates in acp and then call them in apply.php by passing a template_id parameter, like for example http://www.myguild.org/apply.php?template_id=2

Also, following bugs are now fixed :

• [FIX] #227 acp delete link

• [FIX] #225 checkboxes were broken in v1.3.5
